Yes.
Are you available on evenings and weekends?
Yes, we are not a 24/7 business, but we are available for emergency calls.
’m in a really old building that uses cast iron, can you help me?
Yes, I have plenty of experience with cast iron.
I live on an island, can you reach me?
I don’ t have my own boat (yet!), but I’m happy to come to you if you can pick me up in your boat, or if I can coordinate with other trades at your jobsite.
Do you supply the fixtures or do I need to buy my own?
I can do either – I’m happy to work with what you have or I’m happy to do the shopping for you.
There’s something wrong at my house, but I’m not there. Can you go while I’m not home?
I can go to your property while you are not there, provided there is a key or a door code. I’m also happy to work with your property manager, family members, or renters.
Do you have contacts that you can recommend for other trades?
Having been in the area my whole life and in my trade for 35 years, I have many contacts in the area and I’m happy to refer you to someone who can help get the job done right.
